Gravalax dressing


Ingredients

 

4 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp White wine
6 tbsp Peanut oil
8 tbsp Dill (chopped)

Method:
1.      Mix together the mustard, sugar and white wine.
2.      Slowly whisk in the oil.
3.      Add the dill.
