Buckwheat pasta



Ingredients


2 cups
Buckwheat flour
2 cups
Plain flour
4
Eggs
1 pinch
Salt
8 tsp
Water
















Method


1.      Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until it forms a rough dough.
2.      Remove from the processor & knead for about 10 mins on a floured surface until the dough is smooth.
3.      Smear the pasta dough in olive oil, cover with cling film & refrigerate for at least 30 mins before rolling.
