Shortbread.Biscuits

 

 


450g
Plain flour
450g
Butter
25g
Corn flour
175g
Sugar
1 pinch
Salt
















Method


1.      Cream together the sugar & butter until smooth.
2.      Sift together the salt, corn flour & flour then mix through to form a dough.
3.      Chill for at least one hour before rolling out.
4.      Cut into biscuits about 5mm thick & bake at about 160-180ºC for approx. 15 mins.
