Pecan Pie

360g
Toasted pecans
150g
Golden syrup
60g
Maple syrup
4
Eggs
120g
Melted butter
250g
Brown sugar








Method


1.      Robo all the ingredients except 90g of the pecans
2.      Chop the 90g of pecans.
3.      pour the mixture into a cooked tart case & sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
4.      Cook at 180ÂșC for 30-40 mins until set.
