Pavlova

4
Eggs whites
1cup
Sugar
10 ml
Vinegar
5 ml
Vanilla essence





Method


1.      Pre heat the oven to 150°C.
2.      Beat the egg whites t o soft peaks.
3.      Fold in the vanilla & vinegar.
4.      Fold in the sugar.
5.      Pipe into the required shape & place on baking parchment & place in the oven.
6.      drop the temperature to 100ยบC.
7.      Bake for 90 mins.
