Tuiles Biscuits

Egg whites
125g
Butter
250g
Icing sugar
125g
Plain flour (sifted)





















Method


1.      The recipe works best when all the ingredients are at room temperature.
2.      Cream the butter & sugar until smooth.
3.      Slowly add the egg whites while mixing.
4.      Fold in the sifted flour.
5.      Spread onto grease & floured baking sheets to the desired shape & cook at 160ÂșC for 6-10 mins until golden.
6.      Remove from the sheet & mould while still hot.
