Potato Bread


500g plain boiled mashed potato (warm)
Pinch Malden sea salt
15g butter (unsalted)
100g plain flour

1.      Knead all ingredients together until smooth.
2.      Roll to 2 inches thick and cut into discs.
3.      Griddle on a dry pan until scorched on each side.
4.      Finish in the oven.
