Prawn cocktail



           

Ingredients


1
Baby gem lettuce (washed)
2
Spring onions (sliced)
1 tbsp
Cucumber (diced)
4-5 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup
2-3 drops
Tabasco
1 tsp
Cognac
3-4 drops
Lemon juice
200g
Prawns (cooked)
1 pinch
paprika






Method


1.      Combine the ketchup, cognac, Tabasco with the mayonnaise & season with the paprika & lemon juice.
2.      Break down the baby gem leaves, add the spring onions, cucumber & prawns & dress with the mayonnaise.
