I would like to pass on my culinary experience and knowledge to others through this blog, as I have passed down previously to my children and family. Toffee sauce
196g
Soft brown sugar
125 ml
Double cream
½
Vanilla pod (split)
125g
Butter
Method
In a stainless steel pan gently heat all the ingredients together, stirring continuously until hot & emulsified.
