Tartar sauce


Ingredients

           

275 ml
Mayonnaise
25g
Fine capers
50g
Gherkins (chopped)
½ bunch
Chives (chopped)
¼ bunch
Flat parsley (chopped)
1
Banana shallot (fine diced & blanched)
¼
Lemon (juiced)
1
Egg (hard-boiled & chopped)







Method


1.      Combine all the ingredients & adjust the seasoning.
