Ingredients
500g black olives (pitted)
125g capers
½ bunch thyme (picked)
2 anchovy fillets
1 tsp Djion mustard
250ml olive oil
Method
1. In a food processor blend all the ingredients to the required texture.
2. Adjust the seasoning.
