Ingredients
1 Whole Caphilly cheese (grated)
1 White loaf (freshly crumbed)
3 Bunches chives (chopped)
2 tbsp Dried mustard
1 Bunch thyme (chopped)
3 Bunches Parsley (chopped)
3 Eggs
Seasoning
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients together, eggs last.
2. Roll out into long thin sausages on silicone paper and place in the freezer to chill down.
3. Remove the sausages from the freezer before they become frozen and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.
4. Pane them twice in dried breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry at about 175oC until deep golden brown.
