Ingredients
450g | Salmon (poached & flaked) |
125g | Smoked salmon (diced) |
2 | Egg yolks |
2 tbsp | Olive oil |
½ tbsp | Lemon juice |
65g | Natural/Greek yoghurt |
100g | Butter(unsalted) |
½ bunch | Chives/tarragon (chopped) |

Method
1. In a food processor blend the egg yolks, yoghurt & lemon juice.
2. Then add the butter & olive oil.
3. In a bowl mix the salmons with the yoghurt mixture & add the herbs.
4. Correct the seasoning.
