Mulled wine Christmas specialities

3 blades
Mace
1 stick
Cinnamon
4
Cloves
1 pinch
Grated nutmeg
1 small
Orange (sliced)
125g
Castor sugar
750 ml
Red wine/port
450 ml
Water











Method


1.      Bring the water to the boil with all the ingredients except the wine.
2.      Simmer for 5 mins, strain off the spices & orange & add the wine.
