Pea puree


Ingredients


1 kg
Frozen peas (de-frosted)
150g
Butter (unsalted)
2 tsp
Sugar
4 tbsp
Double cream


















Method


1.      Cook the peas in boiling salted water until tender.
2.      Place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients & blend until smooth.
3.      Check & adjust the seasoning as required.
