
I would like to pass on my culinary experience and knowledge to others through this blog, as I have passed down previously to my children and family. One of my fondest memories is cooking with my children and I hope you have fun in the kitchen making desserts with yours. If you like makeing Dessert

DESSERT as Easy as 123 TO MAKE
Raspberry, red wine coulis
150g | Raspberries |
150ml | Red wine |
30ml | Port |
45g | Sugar |

Method
1. Bring the red wine, port, sugar & 30g of raspberries to a boil, reduce by half & allow to cool
2. In a blender combine the remaining raspberries with the reduction & strain
